CONSULTATION
The first stage of our contact involves consulting with the customer, at no cost, in order to effectively determine our
client’s needs and wants. We will visit any job site or office to discuss prospective projects. We offer numerous decorative
designs as well as a large selection of fabrics and materials. The discussions will be conducted in a professional and
courteous manner with an emphasis on meeting our customer’s budget, time constraints, specifications, and expectations.
ANALYSIS
In analyzing a project, we will do an on-site walk through of the building, looking at both the design and decoration.
Our ability to communicate with designers, builders, and architects ensures a complete and accurate understanding and
evaluation of the project. The analysis and designs we offer are tailored to our client’s budget. The designing is done
together with the client to guarantee that it meets the correct specifications, and our client’s satisfaction.
MANUFACTURING
This stage of our service allows Amazing Drapes to demonstrate the quality product for which we are known. All of our
products are manufactured with the supervision and care necessary to meet the highest industry standards.
All the materials needed for any project can be handled and completed in a timely and expert manner. Every product,
before it leaves our premises, is inspected and reviewed to ensure accurate measurements, design, and quality.
INSTALLATION
The final stage of our services is the installation of our product. This process is done to guarantee a picture perfect result.
We handle all of the hardware necessary, and our personnel will install the product in a manner that
meets all of our client’s expectations. We take pride in our ability to complete the installation without interrupting the
daily routine of our client’s business or activities. Therefore, our clients can be assured that no loss of income will add to their
projected budget. Our contract is not completed until a thorough inspection of the job site is conducted.
